SCHEDULING

You will then be scheduled for a specific date. A two-hour window provided to you the day before your pickup. Our team will arrive and remove your IT assets. They will then return to our facility for secure processing.

Repowered was terrific to work with - the team was in contact with me via phone ahead of their arrival. They worked hard to get our equipment from our 3rd floor suite to the truck. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely call when we're in need of a pickup in the future!

Onsite Electronics Pickup: FAQs

Call or Contact us to schedule an Onsite Pickup at your business. We will confirm the details for pickup over the phone or email. You will be given the option to order a COS, (Certificate of Sanitization) or a COD, (Certificate of Destruction). One of our truck teams will be assigned to your business. Our team will give you a 2 hour pickup window on when they will arrive. All materials recycled with us are handled by our NAID certified team. An Onsite Release Form will be given upon pickup. Your items are then safely secured into our truck and taken back to our facility. It's as easy as that!
