Warranty Policy

Repowered is committed to customer satisfaction. To prove it, we are providing a full 1-year repair or replace warranty free of charge with your purchase of any desktop or laptop computer, (Except for Vintage Computers). Extend that warranty to 2 years for $60.

All purchases made in our retail stores and online come standard with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, (Except for items listed as "For Parts or Repair").

Repowered's warranty does not cover any accidental damage, damage/issues caused by misuse or by alteration. Damage includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by operator error, drops, spills, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. If there are issues with the product, we must be contacted prior to any repair done by us or a 3rd party. Any work performed by a 3rd party voids Repowered's warranty, this includes At-Home Repairs.

Note: Laptop and mobile device batteries are tested and working. However, battery life and charge capacity are not guaranteed and therefore not warrantied.

Repowered also offers affordable and quality Electronic Repair services backed by our 1-Year Warranty. Our 1-Year warranty for Parts and Repairs does not include Soldering repairs, Liquid Damage repairs, parts not purchased by us, or any used / refurbished parts we may use during repair. Used / refurbished parts are only used if the device is old enough where manufacturers are not producing brand new parts. No guarantees are made until the device has been inspected by our technicians and an official quote is delivered. Before coming in for repair, please backup any data you deem important. Repowered is not responsible for any data loss on the device during repair. If parts need to be ordered, they can take up to ten business days to arrive. Please take timing into consideration if your repair needs are urgent.

Return Policy

Repowered offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products, (Except for items listed as "For Parts or Repair"). Items sold as, "New in Box", that are returned open will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee. If within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with your receipt for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued via credit, PayPal or mailed check - we cannot offer cash refunds for purchases made online or in store. Repowered will cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). All returns must include original receipt and original packaging (if applicable).

Privacy Policy

Repowered uses certain information to better market to existing and future clients as well as improve the overall experience of the users. This includes but is not limited to capturing information including interests, similar audiences, demographic, location data for the purposes of remarketing to clients later on. Data we collect is anonymous and isn’t tied to any personal data including IP information, email addresses, phone numbers. None of the data we capture is sold to third parties. The data collected is used for advertising purposes via both on and offline campaigns such as through Google, Bing, Yahoo and more.
