Warranty Policy


Repowered provides a full 1 Year Repair-or-Replace warranty free of charge with your purchase of most desktop or laptop computers, (Except for Vintage Computers. Vintage computers are classified as computers with a manufacturer date older than 10 years). Extend that warranty to 2 years for $50 or $100 depending on the computer purchased. Purchase of 2- Year warranty includes: 1 Free Battery Replacement if the battery is under 60% health and 1 Free Internal Cleaning. Battery warranties / replacements are not covered under our Free Included 1-Year Warranty.

Repowered's warranty does not cover any accidental damage, damage/issues caused by misuse or by alteration. Damage includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by operator error, drops, spills, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. Our warranty also does not cover problems installing software, uninstalling software, and Operating System updates and/or upgrades, this includes Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS and Linux. If there are issues with the product, we must be contacted prior to any repair done by us or a 3rd party, this includes At-Home Repairs. Any work performed by a 3rd party voids Repowered's warranty.

Repowered also offers a 1-Year warranty on our Repairs, this includes the labor and parts replaced. Our 1-Year warranty does not include Soldering repairs, Liquid Damage repairs, parts not purchased by us, or any used / refurbished parts we may use during repair. Used / refurbished parts are only used if the device is old enough where manufacturers are not producing brand new parts. No guarantees are made until the device has been inspected by our technicians and an official quote is delivered. Before coming in for repair, please backup any data you deem important. Repowered is not responsible for any data loss on the device during repair. If your repair is not picked up within 30 days of last contact, the device becomes the property of Repowered and will be recycled and/or destroyed.

Return Policy


All purchases made in our retail store and website come standard with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, (Except for items listed as, “For Parts or Repair” and items listed under our R2 Testing Results “Collectable and Specialty Items F1”.) Any items purchased as “New in Box” that are opened before returning will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with your receipt for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued via credit or mailed check - we cannot offer cash refunds for purchases made online or in store. Repowered will cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). All returns must include original receipt and original packaging (if applicable).

Privacy Policy


Repowered uses certain information to better market to existing and future clients as well as improve the overall experience of the users. This includes but is not limited to capturing information including interests, similar audiences, demographic, location data for the purposes of remarketing to clients later on. Data we collect is anonymous and isn’t tied to any personal data including IP information, email addresses, phone numbers. None of the data we capture is sold to third parties. The data collected is used for advertising purposes via both on and offline campaigns such as through Google, Bing, Yahoo and more.
