Yes! All Laptop and Desktop purchases, besides computers classified as "Vintage", come standard with an included 1 Year Warranty. You can extend our 1 Year Warranty to 2 Years for $60 within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer our 1 Year or Extended 2 Year Warranty on other items. No, at this time we do not purchase electronics and do not offer a Trade-In Program. Repowered is a Non-Profit focused on Refurbishing and Recycling donated Electronics from our Customer Drop-Off and our Business Recycling Pickups.

We also offer Data Transfer services to and from devices. All Data Transfer services are Free when you buy a Computer, Cell Phone, or Tablet from us!

We have some of the cheapest electronics repair pricing in the Twin Cities! We offer a Free Over-The-Counter Diagnostic on all electronics. Labor Charges start at $50 for Cell Phones, $70 for Tablets, $80 for Computers, and $100 for Soldering services.

All repairs require a $40 non-refundable down payment which goes towards the labor charge. Parts prices will vary on device. Please fill out the Repair Request form above to get a quote from our Repair Specialists!

Yes! Almost all of our repairs come with a 1 year warranty. We do not warranty Soldering repairs, Liquid Damage repairs, Customer-Owned parts or Used / Refurbished parts. Used / Refurbished parts are only used in repairs if the manufacturer does not produce new parts. 

Yes, please make sure to back-up any important data that is stored on your device before coming in for repair. Repowered is not liable in the event where a data wipe or a factory reset is required to repair the device. 

Most repairs are able to be completed within 2 weeks. Some repairs can take up to 4 weeks depending on their complexity. Parts ordering can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please take timing into consideration if your repair is urgent. We do offer an Expedited Shipping option on most parts and an Expedited Repair option for an additional fee.
