Most items in our store come with a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee! Items listed as "For Parts or Repair" and items classified under our R2 Testing results, "Collectable and Specialty Items F1" are not included in our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee as they have been deemed either partially functional or non-functional.

Yes! All Laptop and Desktop purchases, besides computers classified as "Vintage", come standard with an included 1 Year Warranty. You can extend our 1 Year Warranty to 2 Years for $60 within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer our 1 Year or Extended 2 Year Warranty on other items. Visit our Terms and Conditions for more information on what is included in our 1 and 2 Year Warranty. 

No, at this time we do not purchase electronics and do not offer a Trade-In Program. Repowered is a Non-Profit focused on Refurbishing and Recycling donated Electronics from our Customer Drop-Off and our Business Recycling Pickups.

We also offer Data Transfer services to and from devices. All Data Transfer services are Free when you buy a Computer, Cell Phone, or Tablet from us!
