I love the laptop I purchased through Tech Discounts! I hadn't used the K-Bid platform before, but it was very easy to use, set up an account, and place bids on items. The Tech Discounts office in Golden Valley was easy to find, and pick up the laptop. The staff was courteous and helpful. I brought the laptop home, and had a few questions, which were quickly answered by the Tech Discounts staff. The laptop works great, and is exactly how it was described in the listing on K-Bid. Such a great deal - plus it provides job training experience for adults facing barriers to employment! Win win win!
