No pressure sales. What you see id what you get and that is an honest product. A non profit helping community and customers. Don't turn down the idea of refurbished as Best Buy does the same thing and charges hundreds of dollars more at a corporate level. I bought used RAM off their eBay store page, and picked it up from their warehouse to save on shipping costs. The curbside pickup process went smoothly and was quick. As a heads up, semi trucks might conceal your view of their pickup door location, but try to follow the green cones and signage which leads you towards the middle part of the warehouse. This is the same pickup location for dropping off electronics to recycle (through their sister company Tech Dump), which is nice to keep in mind for e-recycling purposes.
