10:15am – official wire cutting ceremony with guests Mayor Melvin Carter, Dr Bruce Corrie of St Paul Economic Development, SPACC President B Kyle, and Tech Dump/Tech Discounts CEO Amanda LaGrange.
10:30am – optional tours
